The UK Faculty of Public Health has recently taken ownership of the Health Knowledge resource. This new, advert-free website is still under development and there may be some issues accessing content. Additionally, the content has not been audited or verified by the Faculty of Public Health as part of an ongoing quality assurance process and as such certain material included maybe out of date. If you have any concerns regarding content you should seek to independently verify this.

Helen Barratt

Helen Barratt is a specialty registrar in public health on the south west London programme of the London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex Training scheme. She is also a Walport/ NIHR academic clinical fellow in the Department of Epidemiology and Public Health at UCL, working with the Healthcare Evaluation Group.

Helen has an interest in health services research, particularly the organisation of acute and emergency healthcare services. Other research interests include bioethics and the ethics of health care, as well as the science of medical publishing.
